The word Prolixium is actually just a variation on the word prolix. It's also an alias that Mark Kamichoff uses online and is also the name of his company, Prolixium Enterprises, LLC.
The pronunciation of Prolixium should be something like: pro licks eee umm
So far, the only person who has successfully pronounced Prolixium correctly on the first try is some guy at the UPS store in Charlotte, NC.
