IMAX is a type of theatre that's, well, larger than a normal one. It supposedly stands for Image MAXimum, so isn't an acronym. Mark Kamichoff saw Star Trek at the IMAX in Stonecrest. He thought it was decent.
The IMAX Digital is the type of IMAX that usually shows feature-length films not filmed in IMAX.
