Swimming is the best sport in the world. It works all the major muscle groups, and can improve lung capacity and breathing. It's also useful if you ever get thrown off a boat.
Strokes
Four strokes are used in Olympic swimming:
- Butterfly
- Backstroke
- Breastroke
- Freestyle
The order above is used in the individual medley event.
